Ask These Questions To Your Next House Cleaner


Q. How long have you been cleaning?

A.This is so important. Some inexperienced cleaners can destroy your expensive floors and furniture if they don't know what they are doing. We've heard beginners tell us horror stories along the years.
We've cleaning since 1999 (10 years +). We've seen it all. We've cleaned hundreds and hundreds of different houses. We've cleaned all the way from the mega mansions to the smallest studio.

Q. Do you have at least 3 solid references that you can provide me?

A. When checking the references, ask specific questions. Don't simply say: "tell me about so and so". If the references are not real, they will not know how to answer or will be very hesitant.
We have not 3 solid references. We have 100s of very solid references.

Q. What type of cleaning products do you use?

A. Ask a house cleaner what do they use on floors, furniture, bathroom surfaces. If they don't know the right answers, you may be hiring a trouble.

A. Most house cleaners will not give their cell phones to clients. Why? They don't want to be bothered. The only phone they will give you is a home/office number. Probably you will only be able to talk to them during the evening, if so.
